Premium is 6,00 € per month, VAT included (TTC) - 5,00 € excluding tax at the French rate. The amount charged is the same wherever you are. The subscription renews automatically and is charged at the start of each month, with a one-month minimum commitment. After that first month you can cancel at any time and keep Premium until the period you already paid for ends.

Questions

Billing, in plain words

The things worth knowing before you enter a card.

What happens at the end of the month?
The subscription renews automatically. Each new month is charged at the start of the period, so Premium never stops mid-project. You are billed 6,00 € per month, VAT included (TTC), until you cancel.
Is VAT included in the price?
Yes. 6,00 € is the price you pay, VAT included (TTC) - 5,00 € excluding tax at the French rate of 20%. There is nothing added at checkout: the amount is the same wherever you are.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your account page. Premium has a one-month minimum commitment, so the first period runs to its end; after that you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Premium until the period you already paid for ends.
What happens to my charts if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted and every chart link keeps working. You simply return to the free limits: new charts are capped at 100 tasks and 5 people, and downloads go back to PNG only at 2x.
Can other people edit my chart?
Yes. From the chart page the owner invites editors by email; they need a Gantt MCP account and get access at once, on the website and through their own MCP client. Free charts take up to 4 editors - one seat fewer than the 5 people a chart may hold - and Premium charts take as many as you like. A shared chart always follows its owner's plan.
Do I need a card to use the free plan?
No. The free plan needs an account and nothing else: no card, no trial that expires. You only enter payment details if you choose Premium.
